At Lingerie Living, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for unworn garments with original tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the hygiene stickers have not been removed or tampered with.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
